and on the ttc front

My appointment was changed to October 7th.  Another Quest screw up.  You would think the arm and a leg that I’m paying them would get me some better service!

About Amanda Broyles

Amanda is amazing. Amanda is spectacular. Amanda is humble. Amanda is also a full time college student so take pity on her and don't complain when her TV reviews aren't up immediately following an episode.

Try not to take it personally! You’re just a number in a long line of tests to them!
Not great, but unfortunately true. Stick with it!!!

  2. I feel your pain. I arrived at Quest’s office at 3:55 p.m. (with two cranky kids in tow), to drop off a specimen before they closed at 4:00 p.m and they locked me out. I guess they needed that extra five minutes to get their purses ready. Apparently customer service isn’t one of their strongest suits.

Instead of waiting till the last min get there earlier! Thats just rude when you know they close at 4. people been working all day and you decide you dont wanna wait so you go at the last min when you know there are no patients! Good glad they locked you out!!!
