So I’ve been really bad about watching what I eat for the last couple of months. It started with one “bad meal” and then next thing I know, months have passed and I’m like- what the hell am I doing?
I started this morning off with this glass of loveliness.
That’s right- Milk, spinach, benefiber (why not?), and protein powder. Oh and I think I put a tablespoon of peanut butter in there too.
It does not taste near as vile as you think it might. Actually it is pretty good.
The peanut butter and chocolate coconut protein powder (I love Dessert Protein- love it) are the only things you can taste.
