As most narcissistic self-involved people like myself- I love twitter.

Love it.  I can imagine that people are just waiting for me to update every moment of my mundane life.  Hanging on my every word as if the next thing I say just might hold the meaning of life.

My mother has always said I’m a legend in my own mind.  My reply was always “Now if I can just get others to think like me.”  Twitter affords me that opportunity.

Love.

So on to my point.

I get, as I imagine most twitterers (really what do you call people who are on twitter) do, some random ass followers.

When I posted something about the crazy ass chick named Dawn on JewelryTV….

I got a follower from Jewelry TV.  Not Dawn unfortunately, but close enough.  What amused me was the fact that in my twitter message I made it (I felt) rather clear that I was not planning on ever being a JewelryTV customer- I just thought the host was a crack head.  And yet the JTV chick still decided to follow me.  Awesome.  (note: I’m aware that it is probably automated but let me have my fun.)

Yesterday’s random follower was Holiday Inn Express.  I imagine it was due to my tweeting of our road trip.  Sorry Holiday Inn, we stayed in Choice Hotels the entire time.

(programming note: The road trip entry will probably come in the next couple of days.  I have to upload the pictures first and find a way to blur out MrBunny’s face in them- he’s shy.  Little teaser- apparently there is a great number of people who have never seen a Crape Myrtle before.)

Which brings me to today’s Random Twitter Follower of the Day (henceforth known as RTFOTD not to be confused with RISTLTMB).

It is Child Less (BarrenBetty).

Not going to lie, I was a bit taken aback by that one.  Especially since I don’t recall having ever discussed my uterine situation on twitter.  But as a friend pointed out, they probably found me and my twitter page through here.  So welcome BarrenBetty- I hope your stay is an enjoyable one.
